One Rb World 2026 conference logo layered over a vibrant panoramic night-time view of the San Antonio River Walk. Logo text reads: One Retinoblastoma World | San Antonio, Texas, September 12–14, 2026. Between the location and date, a small brick red quatrefoil outlined in white and clay pink features a sky blue horseshoe with white nail heads along the curve cupping a white lone star. The main conference logo features a target-like eye graphic with brightly coloured concentric rings surrounding a pearlescent circle, with a strand of DNA in the inner-most ring. In the background, festive San Antonio lights are strung across trees and buildings, all reflecting on the water. Colourful umbrellas and tables line the River Walk, evoking a cheerful, lively atmosphere.

Photo of two young children diagnosed with retinoblastoma. An older girl hugs a younger boy who sits with his back against her chest, holding a teddy bear. The girl has a broad smile and her face is turned slightly away from the camera. The boy's eyes are closed and he has an expression of deep thought.
A young girl blinded by eye cancer encourages a little boy coping with the same experience.

With Your Help, WE C Hope

A young Asian girl wearing glasses and a shy smile sits on a blue couch against a pale green background. Her face is turned slightly down and away from the camera. She holds several cloth dolls weating hats and t-shirts bearing the words A range of wonderful companies, organizations and individuals supported us in hosting the 4th One Retinoblastoma World conference, to help bring best care to children with eye cancer, survivors and families.

One Retinoblastoma World builds sustainable capacity to deliver specialist life and sight saving care to all children across the USA and around the world.  This multidisciplinary collaborative meeting advances early diagnosis, evidence based treatment and intelligent, compassionate life-long care.

By combining global effort, we vault many barriers and ultimately bring high quality care to all children, survivors and their families.

A young Pacific Islander girl shares a thumbs up gesture, her outstretched arm slightly obscuring a shy smile. A white glow is visitle in one eye. Her white outfit glows from against the dark background.

Our generous supporters enabled One Rb World 2017 through financial investment, in kind donations and gifts of time and skills.  We deeply value each, and thank you all for sharing our desire to provide the best care possible to children with eye cancer, survivors and their families.

Together, we can achieve the vision of life and sight saving cure for all.  Together, WE C Hope for best retinoblastoma care in the USA and worldwide, in childhood, and throughout life.
