Many wonderful organizations around the world bring help and hope to children affected by cancer, their families and adult survivors.
The following is a selection of resources that we think may be valuable to you. We hope this directory will grow in time to include resources in many countries.

Air Care Alliance (USA)
A national network of humanitarian aviators. Maintains a central list of local, regional and national flight providers (very extensive).
Air Lifeline (USA)
Gets people in financial need to medical treatment facilities by co-ordinating free flights with volunteer pilots. Provides unlimited travel for diagnostic testing, treatment and follow up.
Angel Bus (USA)
Provides non-emergency long-distance road transportation to patients in need, using donated vehicles and volunteer drivers, or purchased seats on commercial buses.
Angel Flight America (USA)
Provides free flights (1000miles or less) to medical treatment for families in financial need, or patients who cannot tolerate commercial travel for health reasons. Has links to regional Angel Flight chapters.
Provides free flights to medical treatment for families across Australia and the Western Pacific islands.
Corporate Angel Network (North America)
Flies children with cancer to and from treatment centres using empty seats on chartered flights or corporate jets. This service is free, as often as is needed, regardless of financial circumstances. Ho0wever, patient needs are coordinated with scheduled business flights, so the service may not be available when the patient needs to travel.
HopeAir / Mission Air Transportation Network (Canada)
Provides free air travel to medical facilities for non-emergency treatment and diagnostic tests not available in the recipient’s local vicinity. Seats are donated on corporate, private, commercial and government jets to families who cannot afford to pay for commercial air tickets. Info also available in French.
Mercy Medical Airlift (USA)
Provides charitable air transport to families in situations of compelling human need, using donated airmiles and commercial flights. One round
Miracle Flights for Kids (USA)
Provides families with unlimited free transport to medical treatment centres across America through the purchase of commercial airline tickets and the donation of private aircraft.
National Patient Air Transport Hotline (USA)
Provides online and telephone information about all forms of charitable, long-distance medical air transport and makes referrals to appropriate sources of help available within the national charitable medical air transportation network. The helpline number is: 1-800-296-1217. It is staffed Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time). After hours help is available within 10 minutes of leaving an after-hours message marked Urgent.
Operation Lift-Off (USA)
Purchases commercial airline seats for children up-to age 18 with cancer who require treatment unavailable close to home.
